Dawgen Global is now expanding into the Business Coaching sector, building a dedicated Business Coaching Division to serve Caribbean entrepreneurs and SMEs across the region through a structured, proprietary coaching methodology. Successful candidates will be based at the firm’s New Kingston headquarters, with coaching engagements delivered to clients across the Caribbean region.
The Opportunity
Dawgen Global is seeking talented and experienced Business Coach Consultants to join its newly established Business Coaching Division on a full-time, permanent basis. These are on-site roles based at the firm’s headquarters at 47 Trinidad Terrace, New Kingston, Jamaica, with client coaching engagements delivered both in-person and virtually to entrepreneurs and SME leaders across the Caribbean.
Selected candidates will be part of a founding team building a Caribbean-focused business coaching practice backed by the institutional strength, regional network, and professional infrastructure of an established, multi-territory professional services firm. This is a rare opportunity to enter a growth division at its inception and grow with it across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured business coaching programmes to Caribbean entrepreneurs and SME leaders across assigned focus areas and client portfolios — both in-person from the Kingston office and virtually to regional clients
- Conduct business diagnostic assessments and produce client-facing coaching deliverables including business plans, financial models, strategic roadmaps, and operational frameworks
- Facilitate group coaching cohorts of Caribbean entrepreneurs, managing group dynamics and ensuring high-quality, consistent programme outcomes
- Maintain active coaching relationships with a portfolio of individual clients, providing structured support, accountability, and progress review across programme engagements
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of Dawgen Global’s coaching methodologies, tools, and programme resources
- Participate in business development activity — including thought leadership contribution, client presentations, and referral network cultivation — to support the division’s growth
- Represent Dawgen Global’s Business Coaching Division with professionalism, cultural competence, and brand consistency in all client and public interactions
- Complete Dawgen Global’s proprietary coach certification programme prior to independent client delivery
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in business, management, entrepreneurship, consulting, finance, accounting, law, HR, or a related field
- A first degree from a recognised university, OR a professional qualification
- Demonstrable knowledge of Caribbean business environments through professional or entrepreneurial experience
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills — written and spoken English at a level appropriate for professional business coaching
- Genuine commitment to Caribbean entrepreneurship and the development of Caribbean businesses
Desirable
- First Degree in Business
- Experience in business coaching, executive coaching, mentoring, or advisory services
- Existing professional networks within Jamaican and Caribbean business communities, chambers of commerce, or entrepreneurship ecosystems
- Experience operating across multiple CARICOM territories
