Process & Value Lead

The Opportunity

Dawgen Global is seeking a Process & Value Lead to make sure AI transformation produces measurable economic and operational results — not just activity.

The role sits where process transformation, finance and AI meet. You will own process redesign, baseline economics, business cases, KPI design and value realization within the Forward-Deployed AI Transformation Group, and you will be the person who can say, with evidence, whether an initiative paid off.

What You Will Do

Understand the work as it is

• Map existing business processes and workflows; identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Establish baseline performance — cycle time, staff hours, error and rework rates, and cost.

Make the case

• Quantify potential AI value and develop use-case business cases.
• Assess implementation and run costs, including AI and tool costs.
• Distinguish theoretical productivity savings from cash, capacity or revenue actually released.
• Support use-case prioritization.

Redesign and prove it

• Redesign processes around human-plus-AI operating models; define financial and operational KPIs.
• Build benefits registers and track expected against realized value.
• Develop executive value dashboards and support decisions to scale, redesign or stop initiatives.
• Contribute to AI Value Management Office engagements.

What You Bring

Essential

• 5+ years in management consulting, performance improvement, finance transformation, operations consulting, business analysis, process improvement, FP&A or enterprise transformation.
• Strong process-mapping and redesign skills.
• Financial modelling, business-case and benefits-realization capability.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and the confidence to challenge assumptions.
• Strong executive presentation skills and the ability to work across finance, operations and technology teams.

Advantageous

• A professional qualification in accounting (ACCA, CPA, CA), finance, business analysis, project management or Lean/Six Sigma.
