Change & Adoption Lead
AI transformation works only when people change how work gets done
The Opportunity
Dawgen Global is seeking a Change & Adoption Lead to make sure AI transformation changes the way work is actually done — not simply the technology available to employees.
Within the Forward-Deployed AI Transformation Group you will own user journeys, training, adoption, operating-model transition and workforce change. You will sit on the Group's specialist bench; experienced practitioners who prefer an associate or fractional arrangement are welcome to apply.
What You Will Do
Prepare
- Assess organizational readiness for AI-enabled change and identify affected employee groups and stakeholders.
- Map future-state user journeys and support human-plus-AI workflow redesign.
Engage and equip
- Develop adoption strategies and stakeholder engagement and communication programmes.
- Develop AI literacy and role-specific training; coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Develop revised operating procedures.
Embed and measure
- Monitor adoption, workflow penetration and employee proficiency; build change and adoption dashboards.
- Identify resistance and behavioural barriers, and support managers through workforce transition.
- Support responsible workforce-transition planning.
Your First 90 Days
- Design the adoption plan and training for the client-zero workflows.
- Develop an AI literacy module for Dawgen Global staff.
- Define the adoption measures for the Group's value dashboard.
What You Bring
Essential
- 5+ years in organizational change, HR transformation, learning and development, workforce transformation, digital adoption, operating-model design or management consulting.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with executives, managers and frontline staff.
- Experience designing training programmes and measuring adoption outcomes.
- Sound knowledge of change-management methods and an appreciation of the workforce implications of automation and AI.
- The ability to handle sensitive workforce conversations constructively.
Advantageous
- A change-management accreditation (for example Prosci or CCMP).
- Experience in Caribbean organizations or comparable markets.
What Success Looks Like
Adoption rates; workflow penetration; user proficiency; quality of training; operating-model transition; stakeholder acceptance; and sustained workforce change.
