How it works in practice
Illustrative example. A services company growing across three territories relied on a single bookkeeper; reporting ran two months late and the bank was asking for current figures. We took over bookkeeping, payroll and statutory filings in all three territories, and provided a Virtual CFO who introduced monthly management accounts and a rolling cash forecast.
