AI Solution Architect / Engineer

The Opportunity

Dawgen Global is seeking an AI Solution Architect / Engineer to join the Forward-Deployed AI Transformation Group. You will turn business problems into secure, practical and scalable AI-enabled solutions — and then make them work inside real client systems.

This is a hands-on role that combines architecture, engineering, rapid prototyping, integration and technical control design. You will build quickly, but you will build things that are controlled from the start rather than rebuilt later.

What You Will Do

Design

• Translate business requirements into practical, secure AI architectures.
• Evaluate AI models, platforms, tools and third-party vendors on a vendor-neutral basis.
• Design AI-agent tool access, permissions and orchestration.

Build and integrate

• Develop AI-enabled applications, workflows, automations and agents.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge-management solutions where appropriate.
• Deliver API and enterprise-application integrations with client systems and data sources.

Control and run

• Implement logging, monitoring and auditability.
• Work with cybersecurity specialists on identity and access controls, including agent and service identities.
• Support testing, evaluation and technical validation; document architecture, configurations and controls.
• Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and performance and run-cost optimization.
• Build reusable Dawgen Global AI accelerators.

What You Bring

Essential

• 6+ years in software engineering, solution architecture or enterprise application development.
• Practical, delivered experience building with generative AI or large language models.
• Strong API and systems-integration experience, and experience with at least one major cloud platform.
• Understanding of AI agents, workflow orchestration, and structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of authentication, identity, permissions and cybersecurity principles.
• The ability to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical executives.

Advantageous

• Python, REST APIs, relational and vector databases, agent frameworks, enterprise SaaS integration and workflow automation.
• Exposure to enterprise AI and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI and Copilot, Google Cloud and AWS. Dawgen Global is vendor-neutral.
