SHRM, CIPD or equivalent HR qualification
In-depth knowledge of Caribbean labour law
Expertise in organisational design and talent management
Strong consulting mindset and client-facing skills
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
Minimum 3 years’ HR consulting or advisory experience
